This notice explains how Brilliant Healthcare handles information submitted through its online appointment system. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, government identification numbers, payment information, or other sensitive medical details in the free-text message field.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number, and optional email address.
• Your selected doctor, service, appointment date and time.
• Any scheduling question you voluntarily enter.
• Operational information needed to secure and run the website, such as limited request and security logs.

Why we use it

We use appointment information to reserve and manage your requested visit, contact you about confirmation or changes, send the automated reminder you authorize for the day before your appointment, prevent duplicate bookings, support clinic operations, and protect the service from misuse.

SMS appointment reminders

If you consent, your mobile number, appointment date and time, and booking reference are processed to send a one-time reminder through our SMS delivery provider. The reminder does not include your requested service, medical questions, diagnosis, or test results. Standard mobile messaging conditions may apply. Contact the clinic if you wish to withdraw reminder consent before the scheduled send.

Who can access it

Appointment details are restricted to authorized clinic administrators. We do not sell appointment information. Limited information is disclosed to service providers that operate the website and deliver authorized SMS reminders, or when required by applicable law.

Storage and retention

Information is stored within the clinic's hosted appointment system. The clinic should retain it only as long as needed for appointment administration, legitimate recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations, then securely delete it.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information submitted through this system, subject to identity verification and applicable record-retention requirements. You may also book by telephone if you prefer not to use the online form.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, protected administrator authentication, and server-side validation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Updates

We may update this notice when the appointment service or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
